Olaplex has been with us for a number of years now. At Hair Colour Studio we first came across Olaplex after seeing Kim Kardashian going blonde from her dark mane. How did she do it? We thought. The answer was Olaplex. Admittedly it took some 7 sessions of bleaching alternated with Olaplex treatments - yes it is not for the faint hearted and would also cost a bomb - and ideally staggered over a few months rather than days to slowly go lighter. However this does not take away from the fact that this was a game changer! But what is the science behind Olaplex?
