Hello there! - Had a bit of a break from this blog to hit South American shores...and my god was that fun.... You would think now I'm gonna come up with some Latin infused blog, but funnily enough we are going to the very other end of the earth - down under, Australia to be exact - to celebrate their best ambassador after the Kangaroo and the Koala (though the latter is roughly the same size)....
